The Zionist occupation forces continue to commit the crime of genocide in the Gaza Strip, for the 367th consecutive day. The war of extermination has entered its second year through launching dozens of air strikes and artillery shelling, with massacres committed against civilians, amidst a catastrophic humanitarian situation resulting from the siege and the displacement of more than 95% of the population.
Correspondents reported that the occupation aircraft and artillery continued their raids and violent shelling - today, Sunday - on various parts of the Gaza Strip, targeting homes, displaced persons' gatherings and streets, causing dozens of martyrs and wounded.

It added that the occupation forces committed a series of the most heinous crimes and massacres during the past year, and launched a comprehensive war against the Palestinian people, describing it as an unprecedented "genocide" in contemporary history.
The movement stressed that the steadfastness of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and their support for their resistance were the rock on which all the occupation plans were shattered, stressing that there was no retreat from the legitimate right of the Palestinians to resist the occupation by all available means.
Despite the assassinations that targeted leaders of the Palestinian resistance during the past months, Hamas downplayed the impact of these operations on the strength of the resistance, stressing that they will only increase the resistance's determination and steadfastness to continue the confrontation until the occupation is eliminated.
With regard to the ceasefire efforts and the prisoner exchange deal with the occupation, the movement stressed that it has made and continues to make great efforts to end the aggression and alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people. The statement noted that it has dealt positively with all initiatives seeking to achieve a permanent cessation of aggression and the withdrawal of the occupation forces.
The movement held the US administration responsible for the continuation of crimes and genocide in Gaza, calling on Washington to abandon its biased position towards the occupation.
Hamas considered the occupation's expansion of its aggression to include Arab and Islamic countries as evidence of the danger that this entity poses to the security and stability of the region, calling for the need to deter this rogue entity, isolate it, boycott all attempts to integrate it into the Arab and Islamic environment, and reject normalizing relations with it.
The movement also called on Palestinians in the West Bank, Jerusalem, the occupied interior, and in refugee camps to escalate all forms of resistance, calling on the nation's forces and free people to engage in the "Al-Aqsa Flood" battle to gain the honor of defending Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The movement stressed the need to intensify solidarity activities with the Palestinian people in all arenas and demand an end to crimes against Gaza, while escalating boycott campaigns and pressuring countries and companies that support the occupation.
The movement addressed the toll of the aggression on the Gaza Strip during the past year, which resulted in the martyrdom of more than 41,000 people, and the injury of more than 96,000 others, most of whom were women and children, in addition to thousands of missing persons and detainees.
In the West Bank, the escalation of the Zionist aggression led to the martyrdom of 742 Palestinians, including 163 children, the injury of more than 6,250 people, and the arrest of about 11,000 Palestinians, according to official Palestinian data.
