Occupation Massacres
On the 58th day of the war, the Israeli army continued its aggression against different areas of the Gaza Strip. They committed new massacres in Jabalia, Deir al-Balah, Rafah, and Sheikh Radwan. Sadly, this led to the deaths of many people and left many others wounded.
In addition to that, the occupation army also bombed sites in southern Lebanon and admitted to injuring four soldiers in Beit Hillel.
But here's some good news! The Houthis, a group from Yemen, announced that they stopped navigation in front of Israeli ships in the Red Sea to support the Palestinian people. They also said they would continue targeting Israel.
Resistance Operations
The Al-Qassam Brigades announced that their fighters blew up a booby-trapped tunnel and targeted rescue forces in Gaza City. They also detonated a minefield and targeted an Israeli tank and troop carrier in Khan Yunis. The Al-Qassam Brigades even bombed Ashkelon in response to the attacks on civilians.
Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, clashed with an Israeli foot force and bombed the industrial zone in Ashkelon. They also targeted settlements in the Gaza Strip.
The Political Aspect
Politically, there are currently no official negotiations between Hamas and Israel. The US National Security Council spokesman said that Hamas needs to provide another list of women and children who can be released from the Gaza Strip.
The Director-General of the World Health Organization expressed his concern about the ongoing violence in Gaza and called for an immediate ceasefire. The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights also emphasized the need to investigate violations of international law and hold those responsible accountable.
The Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister condemned the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces and demanded an international investigation. They also mentioned that Qatar is making efforts to resume the truce and achieve a permanent ceasefire.
West Bank
While the war in Gaza continues, there is also tension in the West Bank. Four Palestinians were killed by the Israeli forces and extremist settlers, and the Israeli army arrested dozens of Palestinians in different areas.
Lebanese Front
In southern Lebanon, an Israeli raid targeted a car, and four Israeli soldiers were injured in Beit Hillel. Lebanese Hezbollah also targeted Israeli sites in Shebaa Farms.
The Houthis
The Houthis, from Yemen, stopped navigation in front of Israeli ships in the Red Sea to support the Palestinians. They also launched an attack on a ship believed to be Israeli.
That's all for today's update on the Israeli war on Gaza. Stay tuned for more news!
