Occupation Forces Storm Cities
Early on Monday morning, occupation forces stormed several cities in the West Bank, including Tulkarm, Nablus, Hebron, Beit Rima, and the Aqabat Jabr camp in Jericho. At the same time, there were night marches in different cities of the West Bank to protest against the occupation forces' attacks in Gaza. In Nablus, two Palestinian young men were killed and two others were injured when the occupation forces fired bullets at them.
Clashes and Arrests
There were clashes between resistance fighters and Israeli army forces in Tulkarm, where homemade devices were used against the Israeli forces. The Tulkarm Rapid Response Battalion announced that they targeted the occupation forces in different areas of the city with heavy gunfire. The occupation forces also carried out daily arrest campaigns in the West Bank, arresting more than a thousand Palestinians since October 7. Human rights organizations believe that these arrests are a form of collective punishment.
Arrests in Beit Rima and Jalazoun Camp
The occupation forces arrested at least 11 Palestinians from Beit Rima, northwest of Ramallah, after raiding their homes. They also stormed the Jalazoun camp and arrested six people, including a doctor and a freed prisoner. The occupation forces continue to be present in the camp.
Confrontations and Night Marches
As the Israeli war on Gaza continues, there have been confrontations, clashes, and nightly mass marches in the cities of the West Bank. These marches denounce the occupation forces' attacks in Gaza. Youth marches have taken place in Ramallah, the Jalazoun camp, Jenin camp, and Al-Arroub camp. Activists have called for public protests and gatherings in various Palestinian cities in the West Bank.
Two Palestinians Killed
Two Palestinian young men were killed and two others were injured when the occupation forces stormed the village of Zawata in Nablus. The occupation forces fired live bullets at the young men, leading to violent confrontations. Another Palestinian was killed near the Arroub camp in Hebron when occupation soldiers opened fire on him without any known reason.
The Israeli army continues to carry out intense airstrikes in Gaza, causing significant destruction and casualties. According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, 4,651 Palestinians, including many children and women, have been killed, and thousands more have been injured. The Hamas movement has also caused casualties among Israelis and captured several individuals, seeking to exchange them for Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli prisons.
