At the beginning of the Zionist aggression on Gaza, the enemy of humanity, Benjamin Netanyahu, declared that he would eliminate all axes of resistance in Gaza, specifically targeting "Hamas." At that time, I wrote an article stating that the elimination of "Hamas" was nothing short of madness! Because "Hamas" is an idea in the minds of men and women, and resistance is a concept that is not limited to individuals who were martyred in this criminal war in which the Zionist enemy attempted to use all his lethal weapons but ultimately failed miserably. He was begging for negotiations for a ceasefire and prisoner exchange in Doha once, and in Cairo another time.
Under internal Zionist pressure, the enemy came submissively to negotiate in Doha, forgetting his promise to eliminate "Hamas" and resistance. He sought negotiations to end the war and achieve gains for himself, which did not happen; rather, the gains were reaped by "Hamas" and the resistance.
The Zionist war against the resistance continues even amidst the truce; war is not just a war of weapons. The truth is that the Zionists have destroyed everything in Gaza: the stones and the trees, and about 47,000 people were martyred, most of whom are children, women, and the elderly. In our Islamic belief, our martyrs are in paradise, and their martyrs are in hell, as Omar ibn Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, responded to Abu Sufyan on the day of Uhud.
But who is the victor? The true victory in the end is that the declared goal of the Zionists has not been achieved; namely, the elimination of "Hamas." So who is victorious then?
Now we have a greater duty after the war has ended; to stand with the Palestinian people who are suffering greatly by providing them with aid. I suggest that Arab countries dedicate a media day called "Palestine Day" by broadcasting a full day dedicated to Palestine, united at the level of the Arab world, including humanitarian donations for our people in Palestine.
The Palestinians, especially the people of Gaza, will not forget who stood with them and who let them down. The page of honor will remain pure white for many countries that stood with Palestine in a genuine manner, including our beloved Kuwait, which has always supported the Palestinian cause and has been at the forefront in standing for Palestinian rights. This support has been evident through what the Kuwaiti leadership has provided for our brothers in Palestine, and we have not forgotten the speeches of His Highness the Prince, may Allah protect him, where he never missed an opportunity to speak about Palestine and the rights of the Palestinians to establish their state. The government, including the Ministry of Information, particularly "Kuwait Television," played an important role by supporting us in Palestine through its media programs and coverage. As for the generous Kuwaiti people, we say in the Kuwaiti dialect: "You have fulfilled and exceeded expectations, and I bear witness that you are people of support."
We appeal to our brothers in the Palestinian resistance to always be cautious and prepared for any betrayal of the truce, as the Jews have a history of breaking promises and covenants. We all know what the Jews of Banu Qurayza did and their breach of agreements with the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
The battle of "The Flood of Al-Aqsa" has had significant effects and results in the Arab world, including the alignment in Lebanon and the election of a president for the republic. We have seen how Arab peoples mobilized and how the Palestinian cause has returned to being the primary issue. We witnessed how Arab expatriates in Europe, America, and all over the world acted, and how many countries in Europe and South America cut their relations with the Zionist enemy, as well as how Islamic countries that had diplomatic and trade relations with the entity reduced those ties.
Additionally, among its results is the social and political fragmentation within the so-called entity, and how demonstrations erupted against the enemy of humanity, Netanyahu, and his extremist criminal government.
With God's permission, the mothers, fathers, wives, and children of Palestinian prisoners in the occupation's jails will celebrate, and they will come out with their heads held high, thanking God. We also remember all the martyrs, especially Haniyeh, Al-Arouri, and Sinwar; for your noble blood has watered the holy land and has yielded this great victory.
A Reflection:
The world does not respect the weak; rather, the strong impose respect.
