The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said: What was presented by the spokesperson of the terrorist occupation army on Saturday evening, and his attempt to imply a supposed control of his defeated army over the military and intelligence field accompanying the circumstances of the rise of the leader of "The Aqsa Tempest" as a martyr, the head of the Hamas movement the martyr leader Yahya Sinwar, after two days of his heroic confrontation and martyrdom while facing the forces of the Zionist occupation in the Tel al-Sultan axis in Rafah; is a desperate and ridiculous attempt to cover up the failure that is engulfing the Zionist security and military system.
The movement added, in a statement published through its channel on "Telegram", that what the enemy army spokesperson said is blatant lies and a failed play, in a desperate attempt to save face for his defeated army that was humiliated by the leader Sinwar and his brothers.
Hamas affirmed that the brave martyr leader Yahya Sinwar rose up in battle, after leading the greatest battle in the history of our Palestinian people "The Aqsa Tempest", moving throughout an entire year on the frontlines in various areas of the Gaza Strip, leading the ranks of our courageous people's resistance fighters, to the point where the image of Sinwar became a global icon of the resistant human being.
They continued: The leader Sinwar sealed his eventful life of jihad and struggle with martyrdom as he wished, heading towards it willingly, to illuminate the path of freedom and salvation for our people, and to purify the land and sanctities from the filth of the fascist Zionists.
The leader of the battle "Al-Aqsa Flood" Yahya Sinwar was martyred on Wednesday, October 16th, in an unplanned armed confrontation with a Zionist force in Rafah.
