Hamas responds to the statements of the Israeli army
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) denied the Israeli occupation army's allegations about the use of the Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza to detain Israeli prisoners. They say these statements are misleading and false.
The Israeli army's attempt to cover up
In response to the Israeli army spokesman, Hamas said that these allegations are an attempt to cover up the security and military failure of the occupation army. They accuse the Israeli army of spreading lies and false information about the transfer of Zionist prisoners to Al-Shifa Hospital. The Israeli army even claims to have found the body of a female soldier who was allegedly killed in the hospital.
Hamas confirmation
Hamas confirms that the injured prisoners were actually treated in hospitals, including Al-Shifa Hospital, and then returned to their places of detention. They accuse the Israeli military spokesman of trying to cover up their lies and the false claim that Hamas turned Al-Shifa Hospital into a military headquarters.
The role of the occupation in the killing of settlers
Hamas also points out that the occupation army, which killed its settlers in an air strike on October 7, is responsible for the killing of some of its prisoners. The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, published details of the killing of groups of prisoners in Zionist raids.
Claims of the Israeli army
The Israeli army claims that Hamas members brought prisoners to Al-Shifa Hospital on October 7. They claim that a female soldier detained near the hospital was killed by Hamas members, and not because of the raids carried out by the occupation army on Gaza.
Tunnel discovery
The Israeli army also published pictures of a tunnel it claimed to have discovered in one of the courtyards of the Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City. They announced that the entrance to the tunnel had been found under a car loaded with explosives and weapons.
