- President of Zanzibar, Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, recognizes Saad Al-Otaibi as a global figure for serving the Holy Qur'an in 2024.
- The ceremony was attended by Tanzanian Prime Minister Qasim Magalwa, His Eminence the Mufti of Tanzania, Sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Zubair, and His Eminence the Mufti of Zanzibar, Sheikh Saleh Omar Al-Kaabi, among others.
- The honor is part of the Tanzania International Holy Quran Competition, held annually in Ramadan.
- Al-Otaibi's efforts in serving the Holy Qur'an, enhancing its status, and promoting its noble values are praised.
- Al-Otaibi holds a master's degree in business administration and marketing and a doctoral researcher in marketing.

- He has received numerous awards and honors, including the Knight Medal from the President of Djibouti, the Award for Humanitarian Work and Generous Gulf Community Leadership, and the Most Influential Arab Personality in the Field of Social Responsibility.
"Azwa 2" Project Launched by "Country of Charity" and "The Volunteer Engineers of Charity Team"
- "Balad Al-Khair" Association and "Al-Khair Volunteer Engineers Team" launch "Azwa 2" project, providing scholarships to unspecified nationals.
- The project offers opportunities for 5 students of unspecified nationality to study medicine and nursing at the University of Jordan.
- The initiative follows the successful "Izwa 1" campaign, which sponsored 5 scholarships for a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- The project aims to support students unable to complete their university studies in nursing, aiming to help them serve society.

International Islamic Charitable Organization's Zakat al-Fitr Support for Palestine, Yemen, and Syria
- The International Islamic Charitable Organization (IICO) receives Zakat al-Fitr to support the most needy groups in Palestine, Yemen, and Syria.
- The value of Zakat al-Fitr is one dinar for every Muslim individual, regardless of age, gender, or nationality.
- Sheikh Ali Saud Al-Kulaib, the head of the Sharia Supervisory Board Office at the Charitable Organization, states that it is permissible to pay Zakat Al-Fitr in cash, based on fatwas of the Fatwa and Sharia Supervision Board, the Fatwa Committee in the Ministry of Endowments, the Sharia Authority of the Zakat House, and the Sixth Symposium on Contemporary Zakat Issues.
- Zakat al-Fitr is a purification of the fasting person from idle talk and obscenity and food for the poor.
- It is due at sunset on the last day of Ramadan and is Sunnah to pay it before the Eid prayer.
- The amount to be paid is a Prophet’s Saa’, which is food for sustenance, such as rice, wheat, dates, corn, flour, powdered milk, cheese, and meat.
- Zakat al-Fitr can be transferred to other countries in need, areas of conflict, disasters, and famines, and to the relatives of the poor and needy who pay the zakat.
- The disbursement of Zakat al-Fitr is the same as the disbursement of Zakat on wealth, with the poor and needy being the most deserving.
"Namaa Charity Launches University Science Student Project for Second Semester"
- Namaa Charitable Society, in partnership with the General Secretariat of Endowments, launched a university student sponsorship project for the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024 AD.
- The project aims to support students and scholars both inside and outside Kuwait, both Kuwaitis and residents.
- The "Student of Knowledge" care project benefited 833 male and female students during the first semester, primarily in medical specialties.
- The project aims to provide appropriate care for all Kuwaiti students and residents needing support and those studying at the university level in universities accredited by the Ministry of Education.
- Namaa Charity has diversified its interests in the educational process in Kuwait, including craft education, the "Teach Me and I Will Reward" project, and the "Caring for University Students" project.
