Hamas calls for a firm stance from the international community, the United Nations, and human rights organizations against the occupation, and calls for urgent measures to stop the massacres and hold the leaders of the occupation accountable for their ongoing crimes.

Kuwait reaffirms support for Palestinians, lauds ICJ
Kuwait restated its continuous and unchanging backing for the Palestinians' struggle until their rights are completely achieved. During her address at the 23rd IPHRC session in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Assistant Foreign Minister Sheikha Jawaher Ibrahim Al-Duaij Al-Sabah conveyed this stance on human rights.
Sheikha Jawaher Al-Sabah confirmed that His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and the people of Kuwait are dedicated to championing Palestinian rights. Kuwait expressed great admiration for the International Court of Justice (ICJ) decision that demanded a prompt ceasefire and cessation of military actions by the occupying forces.
Kuwait also called for adherence to United Nations Security Council Resolution 2720 and prompt delivery of humanitarian assistance to the Gaza Strip. Al-Sabah verified that Kuwait, via the KFAED, had allocated approximately $200 million by April to support crucial projects in Gaza. Furthermore, she brought up Kuwait's ongoing backing for international organizations in light of the dire situation in the Gaza Strip, specifically by providing $30 million to assist the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in their humanitarian operations.
Al-Sabah emphasized the important involvement of Kuwaiti institutions and companies, along with the notable participation of 60 embassies accredited to Kuwait. She also elaborated on the various well-received initiatives designed to aid individuals in Palestine, such as the introduction of a nationwide campaign using the hashtag #FazaaForPalestine. She also stressed the significance of issuing arrest warrants for the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense for their involvement in war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Sheikh Jawaher Ibrahim Al-Duaij Al-Sabah, Assistant Foreign Minister for Human Rights Affairs, emphasized the importance of holding all individuals responsible to put an end to the ongoing violence and human rights violations against the Palestinian people. Ambassador Sheikha Jawaher Ibrahim Al-Duaij Al-Sabah led the Kuwaiti delegation at the session in her role as Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Human Rights Affairs.
The group also consisted of Turki Al-Daihani, who serves as a Counselor at the Kuwaiti Permanent Mission to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, along with Maha Al-Kulaib and Jana Al-Dhafiri, who are Diplomatic Attaches from the Human Rights Affairs Department at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Fresh directive for evacuation
The UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees reported on Tuesday that around 250,000 individuals were affected after the Zionist army issued a new evacuation order for areas in southern Gaza the previous day. UNRWA spokesperson Louise Wateridge, speaking from Gaza via video link to reporters in Geneva, mentioned witnessing individuals and families preparing to depart the area by packing up their things.
The agency believes approximately 250,000 individuals have been affected by these directives, with expectations for the numbers to increase. Her remarks were made following the army's new evacuation order for sections of Khan Yunis and Rafah in southern Gaza issued on Monday. Wateridge stated that UNRWA's estimate for the population in the eastern Khan Yunis area under new evacuation orders was 250,000. "She stated that the majority of these individuals are likely to relocate from this region," mentioning that the organization aims to have a clearer understanding by later Tuesday of how many have actually departed.
Monday's evacuation order was issued as a result of the widespread displacement in Rafah that started almost two months ago with a similar order, indicating the beginning of a feared ground attack. The ongoing conflict has once more displaced numerous Palestinians and resulted in the shutdown of a vital aid passage. Wateridge commented that this is yet another serious setback for the humanitarian efforts in this location.
This is yet another tragic setback for the individuals and families directly affected. It appears as though they are being repeatedly and forcefully displaced once more. She mentioned that after the beginning of the Rafah invasion in May, many individuals returned to the mostly demolished Khan Yunis region. "Because of the orders given last night, the same families are now having to move again," she stated. Nowhere in the Gaza Strip is safe.
Kuwait supports women, widows
Acting undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Dr Khalid Al-Ajmi, confirmed on Tuesday that Kuwait is one of the distinguished countries in the application of charters and laws related to women’s rights, especially widows.

He pointed to “the true Islamic religion that urges care and support of the widow,” noting that Kuwait has been keen to provide all aspects of care and service to widows. — KUNA

The occupation forces leaders explained to Netanyahu that "destroying tunnels and infrastructure" belonging to Hamas will take "a long time".
