The Toll of the Israeli Occupation Army
During the past 72 hours, the Israeli occupation army has suffered significant losses, with more than 36 soldiers killed. The Qassam Brigades, a Palestinian resistance group, has also destroyed many tanks and military vehicles. Unfortunately, Palestinian civilians in Gaza have been targeted, resulting in numerous new massacres.
Israeli Occupation Forces in the West Bank
In addition to the conflict in Gaza, the Israeli occupation forces have been storming towns and cities in the West Bank. One city that has been heavily affected is Jenin, where 12 Palestinians were killed during clashes with the resistance. However, the occupation forces have now withdrawn from the city.
Losses of the Israeli Occupation Army
The Israeli occupation army has reported several casualties, including an injured battalion commander and seven seriously injured soldiers. They have also acknowledged the killing of 10 officers and soldiers, as well as the wounding of 36 soldiers in recent battles. Since the start of the ground incursion into Gaza, the Israeli army has lost 116 soldiers and had 600 wounded.
New Massacres by the Occupation in Gaza
The Israeli occupation army has been carrying out intense bombings in Gaza. CNN reported that 29,000 surface-to-air missiles were dropped on the Gaza Strip. The Ministry of Health in Gaza has reported a total of 18,787 martyrs and 50,897 wounded since the beginning of the Israeli aggression. Several massacres have occurred, resulting in the deaths of many Palestinians.
Shocking Numbers
According to United Nations experts, approximately 12,000 women and children have been killed as a result of the Israeli bombing in Gaza. More than 85% of Gaza's population has been displaced since the war began, and UNRWA facilities have been attacked 250 times. The Palestinian Ministry of Education has reported that 3,714 students have been killed and 5,700 injured in Gaza and the West Bank.
Jenin Catches Breath
After three days of intense conflict, the Israeli occupation army has withdrawn from the Jenin camp in the West Bank. During the campaign, 12 Palestinians were killed and seven soldiers were injured. The city of Jenin and its camp, along with other towns in the Jenin district, were heavily affected by the Israeli aggression.
The Houthis Confuse Navigation
The Yemeni Houthi forces have forced a container ship heading to Israel to change its course. This action has raised concerns about maritime traffic in the Red Sea, leading the United States to express its desire to form a maritime alliance to protect ships in the area.
The Palestinian Authority and Gaza
The Israeli Military Council's Minister, Benny Gantz, has stated that the Palestinian Authority will not be able to control the Gaza Strip after the war ends.
Hezbollah and Israel
Lebanese Hezbollah has targeted a gathering of Israeli occupation soldiers near southern Lebanon. They have also announced the killing of one of their members in confrontations with the Israeli army on the southern border of Lebanon.
Netanyahu, the Mossad, and the Detainees
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has given the Mossad chief full freedom to work on releasing detainees held by the Palestinian resistance in Gaza. The Mossad will be meeting with mediators to negotiate the release of the detainees.
Gallant's Request
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant has stated that dismantling Hamas will require more than several years. He made this statement during a meeting with US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan in Tel Aviv.
