Operation Al-Aqsa Flood: An Earthquake in the Zionist Entity

By Dr. Jassim Al-Shammari April 14, 2025 96

"Operation Al-Aqsa Flood" " was not just an attack launched by the Palestinian resistance on the areas surrounding the Gaza Strip; rather, it was an earthquake that shook the foundations of the Zionist entity completely. We will try here to confirm this fact through some data released by the official circles of the entity.

Spreading Fear Among Residents

One of the most prominent effects of volcanic eruptions is the spreading of fear and terror among the residents of nearby and distant settlements, including "Tel Aviv." As a result, shelters have become the safe place and the source of stability for thousands of families due to the daily rocket strikes from the Palestinian resistance.

Negative Migration from Occupied Territories

These seismic strikes have caused reverse or negative migration from the occupied Palestinian territories to various parts of the world. The Palestinian Center for Palestinian Studies (Madar) mentioned that during the year 2024, approximately 82,700 "Israelis" left "Israel" to move to other places around the world. This negative migration was only the result of the painful strikes from the resistance, which left since the beginning of the battle on October 7, 2023, until the ceasefire on January 15, 2025, more than 1,200 "Israeli" fatalities, while the number of wounded is estimated at around 11,549 soldiers, as well as more than 12,500 disabled military personnel during the year of war!

The State of the Israeli Army

Regarding the situation of the Israeli army, the Hebrew channel "N12" reported on March 25, 2025, through an article by the Israeli writer Ofer Shelach titled "Our Army is Collapsing, and Our Society is Exhausted... In the End, We Will Emigrate, Not the People of Gaza," that while the new Chief of Staff is finalizing his plans, the Israeli army is disintegrating. The rate of volunteerism among reservists has dropped to 50%, and the departure of the middle classes continues, with significant impacts on incentives, officer ranks, and the regular army, which will become evident in the coming years. The system intends to confront all this through two methods: money and turning a blind eye, but this will not be effective!

Repercussions on Leadership and Military Institutions

The repercussions of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" shook the Israeli military and security institutions, leading to the ousting of senior leaders, perhaps most notably former Defense Minister Yoav Galant, the far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, Southern Command Commander Yaron Finkelman, Gaza Division Commander Avi Rosenfeld, former head of Intelligence Unit 8200 Yossi Shar'iel, and other senior military and security leaders!

The Collapse of the Israeli Security Paradigm

One of the most prominent signs of the collapse in "Israel" is the intense opposition to the war within the government cabinet and the downfall of many previous theories, including invincible military deterrence capabilities, the "Israeli" security theory, and the loss of safe havens, among other forms of security fragility in "Israeli" cities!

Public Unrest and Large-scale Protests

Among the popular earthquakes are the massive demonstrations taking place in all the occupied cities. Since more than a year ago until now, "Israel" has been witnessing large protests against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. This reached a point where, on March 19, 2025, 25 generals from former leaders of key security agencies demanded the initiation of legal proceedings to impose isolation on Netanyahu, especially with the collapse of the truce from the "Israeli" side and the likelihood of the remaining "Israeli" prisoners in Gaza being killed due to the indiscriminate strikes of the army!

Polls Reflecting Public Sentiment

A previous opinion poll published by the Hebrew newspaper "Ma'ariv" on January 24, 2025, showed that 62% of "Israelis" believe that Netanyahu should resign due to his responsibility for failing to prevent the October 7 attack!

Economic Impact of the Al-Aqsa Flood

The " Aqsa Flood " has shaken the economic capabilities of "Israel." The Governor of the Bank of Israel, Amir Yaron, previously warned on January 22, 2024, about the rising costs of the war in Gaza, indicating that it could reach 255 billion shekels (68 billion dollars), while the losses to the "Israeli" economy are estimated to exceed 70 billion dollars.

Ceasefire and Its Implications

Despite these high military, security, political, and societal costs, "Israel" succumbed to a ceasefire and released hundreds of Palestinian prisoners. However, after being embarrassed before its military and security establishment, it broke its promises and resumed its fierce war against unarmed civilians in hopes of achieving any victory that might restore its dignity in front of the Hebrew community!

It is clear that "Israel" after the "Al-Aqsa Flood" is not the same "Israel" before it, and there will be dozens of time bombs that will explode in front of Netanyahu's government or the government that follows it, due to the severity of the repercussions of the battle's earthquake that has not stopped until now!
