The Battle's Impact

Since the beginning of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, 500 Israeli soldiers have experienced psychological difficulties and post-traumatic stress disorder. The intense battles in Gaza have taken a toll on these soldiers, leading to the opening of rehabilitation centers to help them recover.

The Psychological Effects

Israeli medical sources have revealed that soldiers injured in the Gaza battles suffer from severe psychological trauma and disturbing nightmares. The horrific scenes of war have left a lasting impact on these soldiers, causing shocks and unrest upon their return from Gaza.

Seeking Relief

Hospitals have resorted to injecting psychologically traumatized soldiers with narcotic substances to help them sleep. This is done in an effort to provide some relief from the emotional distress they are experiencing.

The Human Cost

The Israeli occupation army has acknowledged the deaths of 464 officers and soldiers since the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. During the ground operation in Gaza, 132 officers and soldiers were killed, with 719 injured, including over 130 in serious condition.

Underreported Losses

However, the actual losses are believed to be much higher than these official figures. Hospitals are overwhelmed with wounded soldiers, and cemeteries are receiving a significant number of bodies. The true extent of the casualties is not accurately reflected in the reported numbers.

Permanent Disabilities

Rehabilitation centers have been established to support soldiers who have suffered permanent disabilities as a result of the battles. Shockingly, more than 100 soldiers have become blind due to their injuries.
