The book entitled "Al-Aqsa and the Way to Save It" by Mr. Muhammad Ahmad Al-Rashed presents a comprehensive vision of the position of Islamic law towards the work of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and an accurate jurisprudential analysis of the issue of settlement with the Zionist enemy.
It sheds light on the legal foundations that justify the establishment of "Hamas". It confirms the hypothesis of jihad in Islam, reviewing the jurisprudential conditions related to peace with the enemy according to what the jurists have decided.
The book is an explicit call for Muslims to have a deeper understanding of the concept of jihad and its legitimacy, and a call to interact with the Palestinian issue from a clear legal perspective that reinforces the necessity of resistance and adherence to the land and holy sites.
Al-Rashed confirms several main axes in his book:
First: The obligation to jihad
The author begins by reviewing the legal evidence for the obligation of jihad, based on the Qur’anic verses and the Prophetic hadiths that urge fighting for the sake of Allah, most notably the Almighty’s saying: "And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors" (Al-Baqarah: 190). He explains that all Islamic sects agree on the obligation of jihad and that this obligation is dropped from everyone if a group of Muslims performs it. He also discusses that the establishment of the "Hamas" movement comes within the framework of renewing this obligation and the legal commitment to defending the holy places.
Second: Conditions for peace with the enemy
The book comprehensively discusses the ruling on peace with the enemy, stressing that peace with the enemy must be according to specific conditions, not permanent, but temporary in a manner consistent with the public interest. Al-Rashed points out that current attempts at settlement with the Zionist entity do not adhere to these controls, which makes them subject to doubt and rejection from a legal perspective.
Third: The necessity of jihad and resistance
The book stresses the necessity of continuing jihad and resistance against the "Israeli" occupation, considering that the "Hamas" movement represents a fundamental pillar in this jihad.
He believes that "Hamas" plays a major role in reviving the meaning of jihad in the souls of Muslims and works to remind the nation of the importance of defending its sanctities and reclaiming its rights.
Fourth: The rights of Muslims and the duty of defense
The book discusses the Palestinian issue from a legal and political perspective, stressing that jihad is the legitimate means to restore stolen rights and preserve the Islamic identity. The author believes that the Zionist occupation always seeks to expand at the expense of Islamic lands; imposing on Muslims the duty of defense and resistance.
Fifth: Legal perspective
The book is not limited to the legal approach only, but also addresses the international legal dimension, indicating that the United Nations Charter recognizes states' right to defend themselves, confirming that self-defense is a legitimate right according to international law, and highlighting this aspect to confirm that the Palestinian resistance, represented by the Hamas movement, is a legitimate and legal jihad as well.
Sixth: The role of Hamas in reviving jihad
Al-Rashed devotes part of the book to highlighting the importance of Hamas in reviving Islamic jihad, considering that it is not just a military resistance movement, but rather part of the ongoing Islamic jihad process throughout history, emphasizing the importance of supporting this movement to complete its role in confronting the enemy.
Reliable jurisprudential sources:
Al-Rashed relied in his book on 3 main sources that reinforce his idea of jihad and resistance, which are:
1- "Jihad in the Path of God" by Dr. Abdullah Al-Qadri, a doctoral thesis discussing the provisions of jihad in Islamic law.
2- “Sharh Al-Seer” by Imam Muhammad bin Al-Hasan Al-Shaibani, a book of jurisprudence dedicated to the rulings of jihad, with an explanation by Shams Al-A’immah Al-Sarakhsi.
3- “The Effects of War in Islamic Jurisprudence” by Dr. Wahba Al-Zuhayli, dealing with the jurisprudential aspects related to war and defense.

He stressed that Netanyahu continues his Nazi crime, disregarding and ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to stop it immediately, and ignoring the orders of the International Court of Justice, reassuring that the potential arrest warrant will have no effect due to the American, British and Western support for his crimes against humanity.
He added that: “Human peace requires arresting Netanyahu and holding him accountable, not just boycotting his speech at the United Nations. He said that letting him address people indicates a loss of human sense and standing on the dark side of history that is being written now. This also means that they and their people are satisfied with the shame of listening to this monster who is devoid of humanity.”

Strategic Partnership
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mercy International Yahya Suleiman Al-Aqili expressed his welcome to this important partnership, noting that its main goal is to enable affected families to face life's challenges and live with dignity, while providing them with hope to endure.
Al-Aqili stressed that this agreement represents a necessary step towards finding sustainable solutions to the problems facing these families.
In his speech during the signing ceremony, Al-Aqili praised the pioneering humanitarian role played by the State of Kuwait; leadership, government and people, until it became at the forefront of countries supporting charitable and humanitarian work worldwide.
He explained that the wise leadership, represented by His Highness the Amir of the country, and His Highness the Crown Prince, may God protect them, have given charitable work their special attention, and have been keen to support and protect it in light of regional and international challenges and changes, through the effective role of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Social Affairs, and the Kuwaiti society with its giving, help and support for the sustainability of Kuwait's charitable work that helps the needy around the world.
Al-Aqili touched on the importance of signing this agreement in light of the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan, which requires concerted efforts to alleviate the suffering of the most vulnerable groups.
He pointed out that statistics show that more than 28 million people in Afghanistan need humanitarian assistance, with 3.5 million people internally displaced; which highlights the size of the crisis that particularly affects women and children.
Al-Aqili added that this agreement is the fourth of its kind between the International Mercy Association and the High Commissioner.
He explained that the International Mercy Association is based on the concept of partnership with international, local and regional institutions based on two basic principles; the first is cooperation in righteousness and piety as our Lord Almighty commanded in His saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety) (Al-Ma'idah: 2), and this cooperation is the realization of this great meaning in the Book of Allah Almighty, and the second is that partnership in charitable work is a strategic choice for the International Mercy Association whether at the local, regional, Islamic and international levels.
He added: The association has several partnerships in each of these axes. At the local level, Mercy has many partnerships with Kuwaiti charitable associations, and at the regional level, partnerships with Qatar Charity and the King Salman Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and at the Islamic level, the association has partnerships with the Islamic Development Bank that exceeded $40 million in reconstruction projects in the Gaza Strip and Palestine, and had a great impact on those who deserve it, in addition to its international partnerships with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
Al-Aqili praised the mutual trust between Kuwaiti charitable institutions and international institutions, stressing that such partnerships embody the high level of professionalism enjoyed by Kuwaiti charitable societies in managing humanitarian projects.
He pointed out that the International Mercy Society enjoys a close and continuous relationship with the state's ministries, bodies, and humanitarian agencies of the United Nations, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees; as it is the body most specialized in the issues of displaced persons and refugees in the world.
He stressed that this close relationship extends over many years of work and joint cooperation in supporting urgent humanitarian issues around the world, and is based on mutual respect and trust, and achieving common humanitarian and charitable goals; in accordance with the fixed principle of the International Mercy Society; which is to provide the most beneficial to the neediest, and in light of its current strategy (2025 - 2022 AD) based on maximizing the impact according to the slogan "An impact that remains".
At the end of his statement, Al-Aqili expressed his hopes that this agreement will achieve its goals of alleviating the suffering of the brotherly Afghan people, asking God Almighty to crown the various humanitarian efforts with success and guidance.
A glimmer of hope
In turn, the representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Kuwait, Nisreen Rabiaan, said: This agreement enhances the renewed cooperation between the Commission and the International Mercy Association.
She explained that the International Mercy Association had previously supported the Zakat cash support program for Syrian refugees in Jordan, and shelter programs for Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh, and today it continues to support the cash assistance program of the “UNHCR Zakat Fund”; as this contribution will be allocated to provide and ensure that the concerned persons throughout Afghanistan are provided with cash assistance to enhance their access to basic needs through Zakat funds; which will benefit more than 250 families.
Rabian indicated that the Commission is working to distribute 100% of Zakat funds without deducting any operating expenses, in line with the religious fatwas issued in this regard.
She explained that statistics for the year 2024 indicate that about 24 million people in Afghanistan will need humanitarian assistance, and that more than 87% of them suffer from food insecurity.
She stated that at least one million children will be at risk of acute malnutrition, and for the rest of this year, economic instability and increased humanitarian needs are expected to continue, as a result of secondary displacement and climate change.
In conclusion, she indicated that this cooperation with the International Mercy Association reflects the keenness of the UNHCR to continue the partnership with charitable organizations in Kuwait, and the Commission looks forward to this agreement being a ray of hope for the lives of refugees and providing decent and sustainable livelihoods to help them build a better future.

The Government Media Office in Gaza indicated that the "Israeli" occupation army has violated the dignity of 88 bodies of martyrs, insisting on concealing their data in a clear international legal crime.

They explained that this new crime comes as an addition to a series of clear humanitarian violations, which contradict international law and international agreements that respect the dignity of the bodies of martyrs. It also comes within the framework of the genocide crime committed by the "Israeli" occupation against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip for a whole year, without any deterrent from the international community, and with the cover of the American administration and some European countries.
