- Review Committee: Consisting of 10 leading scholars in rhetoric and Quranic tafsir worldwide, this committee acts as a safety valve for the encyclopedia, ensuring the content meets the highest academic standards.

Born in 1965 in the coastal Algerian city of Mostaganem, Dr. Al-Mosteghanemi grew up in a noble family that instilled in him a love for learning and a passion for knowledge. Losing his father at a young age, he was nurtured by a wise and loving mother who supported and guided him. Therefore, he grew up with a fond of knowledge and embraced the Quran with devotion, memorizing and contemplating its ayahs as if drawing from an inexhaustible fountain.

Dr. Al-Mosteghanemi pursued a path of relentless intellectual growth. Specializing in Arabic language and literature, he sought further knowledge in the Levant, a region renowned for its scholars. There, he sat with esteemed experts, learning Quranic Qira'at and Tajweed. This was the foundation of his distinguished career as a prominent scholar in rhetoric and tafsir.
A Unique Passion for Quranic Rhetoric
Over time, Dr. Al-Mosteghanemi’s passion for Quranic rhetoric intensified.
