The Roots of Jewish Enmity Toward Islam and Muslims

The Muslims succeeded in conquering Andalusia, yet they were ultimately expelled from it—not due to the strength of their enemies, but rather because of their own disunity, fragmentation, and division. Consequently, Allah Almighty brought an end to their state, and they departed from those lands after having civilized them for hundreds of years, and after the call to prayer (Adhan) had echoed therein and the Sharia of Allah Almighty had governed. However, when they divided, fragmented, and fractured into petty states, Allah Almighty caused their sovereignty to perish and withheld His victory from them. This remains the inevitable fate of anyone who commits such actions and treads upon this path.

Today, in the very heart of the Muslim world, a Jewish state has been established. Initially, it usurped a portion of Muslim lands, only to expand further, seizing the entirety of Palestine along with other parts of the Muslim world. Tomorrow, it aspires to occupy Jordan, Syria, Egypt, and Iraq, aiming to reach oil sources, the city of Medina, and Khaybar—where their ancestors once resided in the past.

These are their ambitions, which they do not conceal. This is their map, which they distribute to their children in schools, and which they once raised as a slogan above their parliament, the Knesset. They proclaim it in their gatherings and document it in their books. Yet, despite all this, we find those who rule Muslim lands extending their hands to the Jews, seeking to negotiate with them, meeting with them, and agreeing to partition Palestine. Even the organization that fought for more than fifteen years—its leaders now declare: 'We accept a mere inch of Palestine to establish a Palestinian state!' They seek any piece of land to declare a state. In fact, there is hardly an Arab ruler who has not explicitly stated that if the Jews accept partition and agree to the establishment of a Palestinian state on a portion of Palestine, they will coexist peacefully with them and conclude a peace treaty.

An Enduring Enmity

This is a grave matter that we hope will not infiltrate the minds of Muslims. Our enmity with the Jews is not over a mere inch of land. Since the dawn of the Islamic state, the Jews have positioned themselves as its adversaries, plotting and scheming to eradicate Islam from its very homeland and cradle. Yet, Islam triumphed because it is divine revelation from Allah. This Jewish plotting persists to this day. Allah Almighty has made it clear that they fulfill no covenants or treaties, and none of them can be trusted. As Allah informs us—and whose word is truer than Allah’s?—they well know that our religion is the truth, that Muhammad is a messenger from his Lord, and that this Book is the word of Allah; indeed, they recognize it just as they recognize their own sons. Nevertheless, they actively oppose Islam and Muslims, disbelieve in the Quran, and deny Muhammad (peace be upon him).

An Impossible Coexistence

Allah has informed us that their hearts have hardened, that the springs of goodness within their souls have run dry, and that they broke their covenants and treaties with their Lord, Glory be to Him. Consequently, He became wrathful with them, cursed them, and turned some of them into apes, swine, and servants of Taghut (false deities). How then, after all this, can they be trusted or their deception be overlooked? For them, the matter is clear, and their objective is precisely defined; they accept no alternative. They merely dissimulate and show outward flexibility during certain stages until they consolidate power, only to leap forward afterward to achieve their ultimate goals.

It is sheer delusion on the part of those Muslims who imagine they can maintain a truce or coexist peacefully with them—whether by living together in a single state under one authority, or by establishing two separate states, each with its own army and sovereignty. In reality, none of this can ever be achieved in the practical world.

Furthermore, this is fundamentally a matter of faith and of seeking the pleasure of Allah Almighty, before it is a matter of land. Lands can be reclaimed; however, if we incur the wrath of Allah, who then can deliver us from His anger and punishment? Allah Almighty does not accept that Muslims be humiliated or that the sanctities of Islam be violated. Thus, it is impermissible for Muslims to accept degradation in their faith, for Allah Almighty never approves of it. Instead, He wills honor for Islam and decrees victory for Muslims over a group whose population does not exceed a few millions. How strikingly similar is the situation today to that of Andalusia!
