Gideon’s Chariots 2” Plan: Four Phases to Occupy Gaza

The
Zionist entity, through what it has called the “Gideon’s Chariots 2” plan, is seeking
to reassert military control over Gaza City in one of the most complex
operations since the outbreak of the war.
The
plan rests on consecutive phases that aim first to manage population movements
and remove residents from the city, then to isolate and besiege it, and finally
to storm it by ground forces.
Details
of the plan reveal a calculated method based on forced displacement, the
systematic destruction of infrastructure, and the mobilization of massive
forces to guarantee field control — an effort designed to settle the
confrontation militarily and impose a new reality on the Strip.
Four Phases to Control Gaza
The plan unfolds in four major stages:
1. Population Collection
Points:
The
plan includes the establishment of temporary compounds in the southern part of
the Strip, equipped with tents, water and sewage networks, as well as field
clinics and relief centers. These would include:
·
Preparing relatively safe areas away from the
frontlines.
·
Providing mobile housing units or tents, with
access to drinking water and portable sanitation facilities.
·
Setting up field clinics for first aid and
emergency care.
·
Operating central kitchens and distribution
points for meals and essential relief packages.
2.
Forced Displacement
This phase aims to empty the city of nearly one
million civilians through the following measures:
- Issuing evacuation orders with specified
deadlines.
- Identifying neighborhoods and areas subject to
evacuation.
- Opening corridors and routes deemed “safe” for
passage.
- Relocating residents to assembly points or
temporary shelters in the south.
3.
Blockade and Systematic Destruction:
It
comprises intensive air and ground strikes aimed at dismantling the
resistance’s infrastructure, with a focus on tunnels and military
installations, alongside a comprehensive ground encirclement intended to
isolate and strangle the city in preparation for a ground assault.
4. Direct Ground Assault
In this phase the occupation forces
push their combat units into Gaza neighborhoods to seize control of areas
gradually. The operation includes the participation of five military divisions,
among them 12 brigade combat teams, in addition to the Gaza Northern and Gaza
Southern brigades. It was also decided to mobilize roughly 60,000 reservists about
half deployed as combat troops and the other half assigned to intelligence
units, the air arm, and logistical support.
