Trump’s Plan and the Defeat of “Israel”!

Since the beginning of “Al-Aqsa Flood” on October 7, 2023, our region and the entire Palestinian struggle have entered two distinct phases: the pre-“Flood” phase and the post-“Flood” phase.

Al-Aqsa Flood” marks a decisive turning point between occupation and independence, evil and good, war and peace, darkness and light, injustice and justice, death and life, despair and hope. All the positive aspects independence, goodness, peace, light, justice, life, and hope are embodied by the Palestinian resistance, while all the negative aspects occupation, evil, war, darkness, injustice, death, and despair are represented by the Zionist entity.

Although the balance of weaponry, technology, and international support leans in favor of “Israel” and its army, it has failed to defeat the Palestinian resistance after two years of rocket, air, naval, and ground attacks, as well as the siege on Gaza. Despite its brutality, which left no stone unturned, it could not achieve victory.

Netanyahu’s Threats

When we closely examine the course of events after “Al-Aqsa Flood,” we find that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu repeatedly threatened the Palestinians, declaring that his army would eliminate the resistance in Gaza. However, despite all their efforts, they failed to achieve their objectives.

Political and on-the-ground developments have proven that “Israel” has been defeated in Gaza, despite the high and painful cost paid by the Palestinians. We have heard dozens of Israeli voices calling for retreating inward, into the Zionist entity, out of fear of the consequences and aftermath of the Gaza war.

A Call to Save “Israel”

In this context, on August 4, 2025, Israeli reserve General Yitzhak Brik issued an urgent appeal to U.S. President Donald Trump, calling on him to intervene immediately to stop the Gaza war and to begin rebuilding “Israel” and saving it from imminent disintegration and collapse.

This indicates that some Zionist leaders, both civilian and military, fear defeat and the possibility of the situation turning against the “Israeli” entity, leading it toward a stage of collapse.

Here, we will not focus on Israel’s human losses, which some credible sources report to be over 6,000 dead and tens of thousands wounded or suffering from psychological trauma, nor on its economic losses, which may approach $100 billion. Instead, we will focus on the larger objective behind President Trump’s plan.

Field Losses and Political Infighting

The Zionist entity’s field losses and the political infighting within and outside Netanyahu’s government pushed the Prime Minister after his failure to defeat the Palestinian resistance to rush to the White House in an attempt to preserve the prestige of his entity through any project, even if it were an unrealistic, unworkable one. His goal was to withdraw his army from Gaza with the least possible human, material, moral, and political losses both domestically and internationally to safeguard the image of the “Israeli” army first, and to save Netanyahu’s face second.

Despite President Trump’s proposal and his explicit threats to Hamas to urgently accept it, the world was awaiting the decisive response of the resistance regarding the plan.

In its response to President Trump’s plan on September 4, 2025, the resistance insisted on being one of the key actors in shaping the future of the Palestinian struggle, without any form of marginalization.

Hamas’ statement affirmed: “As for the other issues mentioned in President Trump’s proposal regarding the future of the Gaza Strip and the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, these are tied to a unified national stance and based on relevant international laws and resolutions. They will be discussed within an inclusive Palestinian national framework, in which Hamas will participate and contribute responsibly.

I believe that the primary goal of President Trump’s plan is to save both Netanyahu and “Israel.” Otherwise, based on developments on the ground, it is clear that “Israel” has not and will not achieve victory in Gaza—even after a hundred years. This reality is a given for many Zionist military and field commanders

The latest confirmation of the Zionist defeat came from Israel’s Channel 12 on September 15, 2025, reporting that Israeli Army Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir admitted that it is impossible to defeat Hamas both militarily and politically, even after occupying Gaza City.

The greatest defeat suffered by “Israel” lies in its growing global isolation, internal turmoil, and shrinking international standing. We witnessed how Netanyahu’s speech at the 80th session of the United Nations a week ago was, as described by political and media circles worldwide, a speech delivered to empty chairs. The majority of state delegations walked out of the international hall in protest against Israel’s and Netanyahu’s brutality and their savage treatment of defenseless civilians in Gaza.

History books both civil and military will record that the Palestinians, despite conspiracies, abandonment, killings, and siege, triumphed over Netanyahu and his advanced army, forcing them to retreat and accept the terms of the valiant Palestinian resistance.
