Trump Enables Genocide in Gaza to Escalate Further

------------
A green light from U.S. President Donald Trump to Netanyahu to fully occupy Gaza has heightened fears among Palestinians of a new displacement. This comes as Zamir warns of the possibility that Israeli prisoners could be killed in Gaza.
The majority of displaced people in Gaza Strip do not live
in the city properly, which has caused a great deal of disappointment for
everyone. Most of them come from the northern Gaza Strip, specifically the city
of Beit Hanoun, Jabaliya refugee camp, and the city of Beit Lahiya. These areas
were displaced five months ago, which prompted a significant increase in the
population of Gaza. Subsequently, the Israeli army sent warnings that the
Al-Tuffah area east of Gaza City needed to be evacuated. To prevent the people
of Zeitoun and other locations from considering going back to their homes, the
Israeli army extensively pummeled the surrounding area with targeted demolition
operations a few days ago, leading to fresh calls for evacuation. This
indicates that since returning from the southern regions, over 1.4 million
individuals in Gaza City alone have been unable to leave.
They also haven't recovered from the daily murder, hunger, and
suffering caused by war, so how could their population demographics have
changed since they were there six months ago? Then, Netanyahu made the stupid
decision to fully occupy Gaza, despite the scores of people who had been
repeatedly displaced. President Donald Trump supported this decision and
permitted Netanyahu to do so. The Israeli army is going to evacuate the
population totally, as if he promised Trump protection and the return of the
prisoners. "Israeli
prisoners will be safer if the Israeli army enters Gaza," U.S.
President Donald Trump said in a statement, adding that his cooperation with
Netanyahu in Gaza allowed him to successfully repatriate some prisoners.

Trump's Support Hinders a Partial Deal
A media source from the Israeli publication Haaretz
affirmed that since U.S. President Donald Trump is in control, the encouraging
response Hamas gave to the mediation team should be treated cautiously. Trump
would ask Netanyahu to support the partial deal, granted Qatar was able to
persuade Hamas to accept it last month when U.S. Ambassador Steve Weitzman
presented it. But according to Washington media reports, the president does not
appear to have any plans to step in and will instead let Israel decide whether
or not to make the deal.
Netanyahu's Strategy: Lies and Delay
Every few days, Netanyahu publishes a new plan and complete
lies as part of his strategy to keep the war going forever, which keeps the
government together and forces him to run for office at the latest possible
time. In a statement reported by "a political source," Netanyahu's
official spokesperson asserted that "Israel's policy has not
changed." The statement, "Israel requests the release of all hostages
according to the principles set by the cabinet," is the biggest falsehood
there is.
Israel's stance has fully shifted. Since the start of 2024, Hamas has maintained that ending
the war must include the release of all hostages. However, the concept of a
"humanitarian deal" to free 40 sick prisoners, including women and
the elderly, surfaced in Washington as a result of Netanyahu's refusal to end
the war.
However, at that point, Netanyahu was worried about getting
off to a bad start with Trump. The prisoners released in the last agreement
would not have returned if he refused the pressure for an additional week.
Every time, Netanyahu makes little demands to blow up the negotiations and adds
new criteria to gain time. For three months, his call for the removal of Hamas
leaders was the "essential condition that cannot be compromised," and
now none of the terms he put up last week to put an end to the conflict are
being spoken of.
Netanyahu repeatedly postponed this agreement at the cost of
the six hostages massacred in Rafah until Hamas and Trump forced it upon him
during the last day of his election.
Netanyahu's Arrogance
Netanyahu's arrogance looms on the horizon with the complete
occupation of Gaza. A partial solution that does not result in the end of the
war would be rejected, according to Netanyahu. It appears that a choice backed
by the taking of Gaza suffers from excessive arrogance because he is certain
that he has the upper hand. On the day of the Gaza Humanitarian Fund's founding
in May, when over 2,100 Palestinians were killed, and on the day before the
occupation of Rafah last year, which only resulted in additional deaths and
extensive damage, he was certain of this. The creation of the fund, a noble
desire, caused a political collapse that the government is powerless to halt,
as everyone is aware.

Zamir Proposes a Deal Before Occupying Gaza
What are the reasons that make Zamir not control Gaza at this
specific time? Israel's Channel 13 reported that Zamir warned the political
leadership of the grave danger to the lives of prisoners if the plan to occupy
Gaza City were implemented, raising questions about the significance of this
message, its timing, and the objectives the military echelon sought to convey.
Speaking to the "Track of Events" program, Israeli
affairs expert Muhannad Mustafa attributed Zamir's message to three reasons:
- The
army accomplished the mission in Operation Gideon's Wagons.
- Launching
a second operation without a political horizon could repeat the same
scenario and exhaust the army without achieving the war's objectives.
- Zamir
realizes the danger of the army's internal disintegration, which leads to
silent disobedience and failure to comply with military service.
According to Mustafa, the Israeli Chief of Staff is a
"cowardly" figure who wants to reach a partial deal to recover some
of the prisoners, rather than threaten them with a military operation, and to
relieve the exhausted army and reserve forces. Zamir's warning also comes amid
fears that Israeli prisoners could be killed in Gaza, a situation that would be
a disgrace to the occupation army. Therefore, the Chief of Staff seeks to evade
moral responsibility domestically, according to writer and international affairs
researcher Hossam Shaker.
Likewise, Israeli talk of destroying Gaza City—which violates the largest Palestinian city, home to over one million people—is a historical scandal and a violation of the principles of international law. It demonstrates the current dangerous mentality of the occupying army.
