Killing Under the Guise of Aid
Humanitarian Aid in Gaza: Ruse not Relief

The wheels of vehicles crushed the heads of many
hungry people, a fabricated pandemonium to prolong death and hunger
The Dire Reality of Gaza's Population
Since the start of the Witkoff proposal for food aid, many
nations have flatly rejected its contents because, in reality, it takes more
lives and routinely degrades those who have suffered through 20 months of
starvation, death, and the catastrophic destruction of all the resources that
Palestinians and their families depend on for survival. Their children's cries
of hunger, the sound of their empty bellies, and death are all too much for
them to bear anymore. As they say, "bone and skin," children are the most
vulnerable since they have become bodies with just their bones keeping them
together. This is the state of Gaza's women, children, and young people.
Deceptive Distribution Sites
The first location, Philadelphia in Rafah, is where we would
discuss the distribution sites, which actually death places and traps for the
hungry. The second point is Mawarij, which divides Khan Younis and Rafa. The
third point is Netzarim in the middle of Gaza, the final one, Zikim in north
Gaza.
People go, and some may not return, but he risks his life in
the hope of returning victorious, carrying a food parcel to satisfy the hunger
of his children, who pray to God for his safe and triumphant return. What was
supposed to reach him with dignity, without effort or even risk, is now a
journey under God's protection and the prayers of his wife and children.
The distribution of aid carries a
complex and twisted image, with its underlying essence being murder and death
The Human Cost of "Humanitarian
Supplies"
A month has passed since the Israeli occupation set up mass
entrapments and death traps, which have left 838 people dead, 5,575 injured,
and more than a hundred missing. These traps are disguised as humanitarian
supplies. During their desperate attempts to find food for themselves, their
children, and their families during a policy of starvation and suffocating
siege, groups were coerced into visiting the aforementioned centers in
different governorates of Gaza, resulting in a high death toll in just in month.
Because the "Israeli" occupying forces attract
starving civilians and then systematically, every day, and at certain times,
shoot them in cold blood, what is occurring in these "centers" is an
actual war crime for which they are primarily accountable.
Even the scheduled times were deliberately set by the
occupation to eliminate the youth who were searching for any food, as flour
became one of their highest priorities. A bag of flour, which does not exceed
25 kilograms, has become exorbitantly priced at $700. This amount is extremely
difficult for those suffering from poverty and death after the destruction of
Gaza.
Food as a Weapon of War
When the occupier began using food as a weapon to kill people
who were gathering against their will, he did so with full awareness of what he
was doing. Even though he is fully capable of organizing relief through both
local and international organizations without causing death, violence, or
starvation, he refuses to do so because he wants the famine war to continue. As
a result, Gazans now eat lentil soup every day instead of bread.
Opening the crossings and lifting
the siege to allow the entry of humanitarian aid
Urgent Need for Open Crossings
To prevent the slow death that is eating the bodies of 2.4
million residents in the Gaza Strip—1.1 million of whom are children and over
half a million of whom are women—the crossings must be opened immediately.
People with kidney and diabetic diseases, elderly people, and infants whose
bodies have grown muscular all desperately want wholesome food and clean water.
Healthy protein and dietary supplements are essential for expectant mothers.
These groups cannot be ignored or abandoned since they are all sensitive.
The Controversial "Gaza Humanitarian Fund
(GHF)"
The American group known as the "Gaza Humanitarian Fund
(GHF)" asserts that it is a humanitarian organization, but the daily
killings against the already tired and starving Gazans following more than 650
days of conflict demonstrate its criminal image.
This dubious group is nothing more than an unjustified charge
that has zero foundation in reality, and it marks a significant departure from
the attitude of an organization that promises to support humanitarian
neutrality.
According to field reports and even the Hebrew media, the
documented truth is that the company's poor management, which is controlled by
the "Israeli" occupation administration, is the true cause of the
delay and collapse in the aid distribution process. This is also true for the
buffer zones, where hundreds of starving people rush under the siege and hunger
pressure, then storm distribution stations and take food while being shot at by
the "Israeli" occupation.
"Safe Distribution Sites" or
"Racially Isolating Ghettos"?
What is called "safe distribution sites" are
actually "racially isolating ghettos" that were set up in remote and
exposed military zones under occupation control. According to the Government
Media Center in Gaza, they are a forced model of the "booby-trapped
humanitarian corridors," which serve as a front to advance the
occupation's security agendas and solidify the policy of extortion and
starvation, particularly because of the deliberate blocking of aid entry
through official crossings and impartial international organizations.
Instead of aid agencies and
associations communicating, direct communication with hungry citizens increases instability
After incorrectly an international humanitarian organization
operating in the Gaza Strip into thinking the aid would be delivered inside the
Strip in a coordinated and official manner, the American organization, with
direct support from the occupying authorities, confiscated several aid trucks
belonging to the organization.
However, later on, under the protection of occupation, it
started distributing them to civilians who were worn out by the siege and
systematic hunger by shifting the truck routes to its distribution centers in
buffer zones. It is unacceptable for this institution to promote twisted
narratives in the wake of this crime; doing so amounts to factual falsification
and cooperation with the occupation in affecting public opinion.
Inadequate Aid and Extreme Risks
The aid entering the Gaza Strip through this institution does
not meet the needs of the population and is insufficient compared to overall
demand. Many Palestinians do not approach American aid centers due to safety
concerns, since recipients have faced risks when attempting to obtain food or
supplies that became more difficult to access since the conflict began. The
decision not to visit these aid centers is based on an awareness of potential
dangers when seeking assistance.
Hunger is ravaging everyone, which drives individuals to go to
dangerous areas. There, everyone crowds in front of the most formidable
military weapons: tanks, explosives, bullets, and drones hovering above them,
as if they were inside a PUBG game. The Israeli weaponry harvests their lives
as if they were reaping fruits, not the souls of the hungry who have been
exhausted by hunger for three months. It is the worst ever since the beginning
of the genocide in Gaza. Despite the risks they face, nothing can compare to
the sounds of their empty stomachs echoing and the sight of their children's
cries as they starve and beg for bread. They are sufficiently pushed in the
direction of death by this. Despite his skepticism that he might just return as
a martyr, he disregards the screams of hunger and goes to the lion's den to get
food. As starving martyrs, a startling number of them left and came back with
nothing but dead bodies rather than a bag of flour.
In addition to the several wounded and hundreds of missing
people who have certainly now remained, they numbered over 600 martyrs. They
were targeted in heavily guarded army areas where entry is forbidden except
during aid distribution, which could have led to them becoming trapped in an
inhumane aid trap.
Intentional Targeting of Aid Seekers
The Israeli army has made explicit admissions that officials
had ordered them to kill them, even though they are fully aware that they are
not a threat and that they intended to deliver aid.
Regarding an Israeli soldier, Haaretz reported that "we
do not use ordinary means to disperse aid seekers in Gaza, but all kinds of
heavy weapons."
According to the admissions, help distribution centers are
like battlegrounds, and they shoot at aid seekers as though they were an
attacking force. Instead of enduring devastation, they have to accept it with
dignity.
