 Selective Outrage

Do you remember when the Russian-Ukrainian war happened and how quickly European and American countries rushed to help the Ukrainians? They said it was because they looked like us, with green eyes and yellow hair! But why did the same world stay silent when massacres were happening in Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Yemen, and Bosnia and Herzegovina? These wounds still haunt the conscience of Muslims today.

Israeli Crimes in Gaza

Now, in the midst of the Al-Aqsa flood battle, we witness the Zionist occupation army committing massacres against the Palestinian people. They are engaging in comprehensive war crimes, killing women, children, and the elderly. They are destroying society's infrastructure by demolishing buildings, mosques, churches, and hospitals. They even desecrate houses of God and unleash police dogs on the sick and wounded in hospitals. The world remains silent, providing no help or condemnation for these unprecedented crimes in the history of the Palestine issue.

The Western Support for Israel

Instead of standing against these crimes, the Western world supports Israel. The United States, the most powerful country in the world, provides full support to this criminal occupier. Even their highest leader, Biden, visited Israel and supplied the occupation army with warplanes, ammunition, weapons, and soldiers from around the world. Where is the West's commitment to "human rights"?

The Hypocrisy of the West

The Western world claims to champion "human rights" through the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This declaration includes thirty rights, such as the right to freedom of expression, education, and seeking asylum. It emphasizes equal treatment and protection for all individuals. However, when it comes to war crimes and genocides, the West remains silent or even supports and aids the perpetrators. Their actions contradict the principles they claim to uphold.

The Importance of Ethics

The downfall of the Western project lies in its neglect of ethics. Civilizational projects cannot thrive solely on material progress and inventions. They require a strong moral foundation that guides political, economic, and military decisions. The Western world's selective application of morals based on self-interest is a sign of its impending collapse and the need for a new beginning.

The Islamic Perspective

In contrast, Islam places great importance on morals and human rights. Islamic civilization has always prioritized good morals in individual, family, and societal interactions. Muslims have historically respected the rights of non-Muslims living under Islamic states, allowing them to live safely and contribute to building a great human civilization. Islam's emphasis on morality sets it apart from the Western project's shortcomings.
