With the advent of Eid al-Adha, the "Israeli" aggression against the Gaza Strip entered its 254th day, amid the continuing Israeli genocide war on Gaza
Today, Sunday, two martyrs were recovered from the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood, west of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, where the occupation directly targeted ambulance crews and two ambulance vehicles were damaged.
Targeting Ambulance Crews
It is noteworthy that some martyrs have not yet had their bodies recovered due to the direct "Israeli" targeting of ambulance crews.
The occupation targeted everything that moved in the Saudi neighborhood west of Rafah, following the combined operation of the Al-Qassam Brigades (the military wing of the Hamas movement), in addition to its Quadcopter aircraft firing fire and bombs at any groups it detected.
Tactical Truce
A press source confirmed that the occupation claimed to implement a "temporary truce" in Rafah, denying that it was a ceasefire, and explaining that it was a "tactical truce" that only included the street extending from the Kerem Shalom crossing towards the vicinity of the European Hospital. It did not include a cessation of hostilities towards civilians.
Palestinian media reported that 3 people were injured in an “Israeli” attack on the vicinity of Ansar Junction, west of Gaza City.
At dawn, occupation vehicles opened fire east of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, and Israeli gunboats also opened fire towards the city’s coast, where occupation aircraft targeted a house in the Beach camp. The occupation artillery also targeted north of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
More than 37,296 Martyrs and 85,197 Wounded
In the latest figures published by the Ministry of Health in Gaza, the toll of the ongoing "Israeli" aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 37,296 martyrs and 85,197 wounded, since the seventh of last October.
Rafah witnessed intense bombardment, in addition to the occupation launching raids on eastern Gaza City, which led to the death and injury of dozens of Palestinians.
Israel Acknowledges Losing Many Soldiers
For its part, the occupation army announced the killing of two officers from the Eighth Brigade in battles in the northern Gaza Strip.
The occupation army acknowledged the killing of 8 soldiers as a result of the bombing of an armored vehicle in Rafah, yesterday, Saturday, after the Al-Qassam Brigades - the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) - announced that it had carried out a complex operation in the Saudi neighborhood west of the city.
The outcome of the operation was described "Israel" as the largest loss since last January, while the Israeli media is still talking about the repercussions of the operation and raising questions about it.
Storming Al-Aqsa Mosque
In occupied Jerusalem, the occupation forces stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque as Palestinians prepared to perform Eid al-Adha prayers.
On the other hand, "Israeli" security estimates indicated that the military operation in Rafah may end after two weeks. The city witnessed intense bombing, and the occupation also launched raids on homes in the Al-Shuja'iya and Al-Tuffah neighborhoods, east of Gaza City, which led to the death and injury of dozens of Palestinians.
