European stocks closed the week in the positive territory, while the French stock market posted a slight decline at close.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, increased 0.48 point, or 0.11%, to close at 453.55 points.
The UK's FTSE 100 index ended at 7,483, up 15.97 points, or 0.21%.
Germany's DAX 30 was up 0.22%, or 31.97 points, to 14,305 points.
Italy's FTSE MIB was up by 157.26 points, or 0.64%, to end the day at 24,558 points, while Spain's IBEX 35 lost 25.5 points, or 0.31%, to 8,330 points.
France's CAC 40 was the only index that posted a decline, down 0.03%, or 2.09 points, to 6,555 points.
Turkiye’s benchmark stock index ended Friday at 2,175.51 points, down slightly by 0.03% from the previous close.
