US stocks ended lower Thursday due to ongoing concerns related to the Federal Reserve's interest rate moves and tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.89%, or 313.26 points, to 34,715.
The S&P 500 lost 50.03 points, or 1.1%, to close at 4,482.
The Nasdaq was off 186.23 points, or 1.3%, to 14,154.
Several companies saw declines, but Tesla and Microsoft and vaccine producers Johnson & Johnson and Moderna outperformed markets.
Treasury yields were steady after reaching two-year highs earlier in the week.
Nearly all Asian and European stocks closed with gains while Turkiye's BIST 100 index posted a decline./aa
