A Massive Rally Denouncing the “Al-Maamdani” Massacre in Gaza
Kuwait...a massive rally denouncing the “Al-Maamdani” massacre in Gaza and refusing to receive the American ambassador
Hey there, middle schoolers! Something important happened in Kuwait recently. Hundreds of citizens and residents of Kuwait gathered at "Irada Square" in front of the National Assembly to show their support for the Palestinian people and condemn the massacre that happened in Gaza. The Zionist occupation forces attacked the Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza, and sadly, more than 500 people have lost their lives because of it.
Voices of Solidarity
During the protest, the participants chanted powerful slogans like "Oh Qassam, oh beloved, strike at the dawn of Tel Aviv" and "Arab unity in the face of Zionism." They wanted to show that they stand together against the occupation forces. They also demanded that the new US ambassador, Karen Sasahara, not be welcomed to Kuwait.
Some important figures in Kuwait spoke up too. Former MP Nasser Al-Sanea praised the Palestinian resistance for their actions on October 7, which shook the Zionist entity. He said that even though it's a difficult time, the Zionist entity is also facing a catastrophe that hasn't happened in 70 years. Others, like MP Abdulaziz Al-Saqabi and former MP Jamaan Al-Harbash, called for action and unity against the occupier.
Parliamentarians and Politicians Denounce War Crimes
Representatives, politicians, and advocates strongly condemned the massacre at the Baptist Hospital in Gaza. They called it a war crime and a complete genocide. Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Muhammad Al-Mutair said that our rulers need to support our brothers and sisters in Palestine and take action against the occupier. MP Abdulaziz Al-Saqabi expressed his anger and sadness over the bombing of a hospital, where innocent children, doctors, and wounded people were present. He criticized the world order for not doing enough to stop this aggression.
Representative Abdullah Fahd Al-Anazi demanded that the international community, especially the Security Council, take responsibility and work to stop the aggression immediately. Dr. Abdul Hadi Al-Ajmi called the bombing of the Baptist Hospital a catastrophic war crime that should not be ignored. He urged the international community to hold the aggressor entity accountable for its actions.
Namaa, Kuwaiti Charity Relief Efforts Begin
Namaa Charity, which is part of the Social Reform Society, started providing aid to those affected by the bombing in Gaza. They distributed medical supplies, food, and shelter materials to support the Palestinian people who are suffering because of the Israeli occupation aggression.
The head of the Communications and Information Technology Sector, Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Kandari, explained that the aid includes shelter parcels, food parcels, medicines, and medical aid for patients. They also provided diesel to operate hospitals that were affected by the continuous bombing. Namaa Charity is working hard to support the Palestinian people and help them during these difficult times.
It's heartwarming to see Kuwait and its people standing in solidarity with Palestine. Let's hope for peace and justice for everyone involve
