US Plan's Hidden Hunger Agenda:

Beneath a Veil of Aid: Witkoff Plan's Hunger for Control

More than 19 months have passed since the systematic starvation policy and bloody genocide against the Gazans began, but the peak of hunger has risen unethically and shamelessly since the beginning of March, so for over two months now, everyone—young and old—has been suffering from extreme hunger. More than 96% of Gaza's population is severely hungry, and the second-to-last stage of fear, the fourth, has been reached, according to a previous report by the Al-Mujtama newspaper.

In addition to the warnings from humanitarian organizations and associations that urgently and swiftly demanded the opening of crossings and the immediate response to the empty stomachs suffering from the closure of crossings and the cessation of humanitarian aid to them, it appears that the international community has moved, albeit shamelessly and hesitantly, to help the oppressed in the Gaza Strip as a result of the constant cries from the mouths of the hungry.

Trump arrived as if he were the rescuer and the one with the mercy to end the hunger crisis that the people in the area are going through. He demanded that Netanyahu, the war leader in Gaza, treat the Palestinians with more kindness and give them food, water, and medical care rather than starving them.

Witkoff plan  to the Security Council includes:

Establishing 4 centers as a preliminary test without the presence of the Israeli army.

Each center will provide services to 300,000 Palestinians, totaling 1.2 million Gazans.

Increasing the number of beneficiaries of the aid to reach 2 million people.

Distribution of humanitarian aid, such as water, medications, food packages, and hygiene products.

One aid meal contains 1750 calories and will cost only $1,31 .

In exchange, the organization will give Palestinian families food boxes, which will cost $65 each and include 50 full meals for one family.

The lack of flour and bakery closures are hurting the baking sector

Due to the shortage of fuel and wheat, the head of the "Bakery Owners Association" affirmed that all bakeries are now fully closed. However, the absence of bread for the people living in the sector is causing a true starvation; their homes are now completely out of flour. Since there is no other option than to open the crossings and provide food to the sector's residents, people will starve if they wait for the American plan to be executed for two weeks. Twenty-five bakeries have ceased operations as a result of this situation. Finally, he said that “the crossings must be opened and that there is no way to wait any longer” .

Donor countries reject the plan proposed by Trump for distributing aid

Weitkov, the American ambassador, introduced his large and innovative idea for the Gaza Strip, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), before the UN Security Council. By providing a transparent, objective, and independent logistical structure, the project seeks to bring humanitarian relief back to the area.

Because they saw it as a clear humiliation of the Palestinian people and a breach of their agreement with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), which has long been the most reliable program for donors, the donor nations refused to give money to help the American plan and the Israeli government fulfill their roles in the aid distribution mechanism.

In addition, the UAE has been strongly against accepting Trump's proposal for the aid distribution system, which would interfere with the US aid distribution system. The Whitcuff proposal seeks to deprive Hamas of authority over the humanitarian aid distribution system, despite the fact that the aid looks to be humanitarian in reality. Also, the plan is opposed by the UN and humanitarian aid agencies, which decline to cooperate with it on the grounds of "work ethics and integrity".

The UAE rejects the Witkoff aid plan

Abu Dhabi officially informed the Israeli side of its refusal to participate in the proposed new aid mechanism for the sector, in a stance that reaffirms the UAE's commitment to its humanitarian principles, describing it as not meeting the required standards for human rights.

The United Arab Emirates' rejection follows growing worldwide censure of Israel's humanitarian limitations in the Gaza Strip. "Farhan Haq," the spokesperson for UN Secretary-General "Antonio Guterres," said that the offer we received appeared to be intended to limit supplies until the very last grain of wheat. Additionally, the UN General Assembly rejects the assistance distribution system on the grounds that it violates Palestinian rights and is only a political pressure tool. Being among the first Arab nations to demand an early end to the conflict in Gaza, an urgent solution between the two countries and the creation of a Palestinian state in accordance with international agreements, the UAE has maintained a consistent approach.

Has the Witkoff Plan announced its failure

The proposal exposes a reworking of the political and social realities under a new American-Israeli theory, and Trump is attempting to absorb the anger of donor countries and relieve the international discontent that accompanied Trump's visit to Saudi Arabia today.

Israel and Trump plan to use hunger as a new weapon of war since the plan's covert, unstated objective is to drive Gazans to seek refuge outside the Gaza Strip

It exploits the psychological and social problems of people who are worn out by the conflict as a new weapon of war. In addition to the population, UNRWA, which serves for all of Gaza, is also affected by this problem.

However, it looks like the idea will not be accepted in international conversations and discussion, which could lead to a deadlock in the future.
